中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分析與控制

摘 要

企業(yè)興衰，財(cái)務(wù)為本。上市公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和企業(yè)的收益有著密切的聯(lián)系。財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有不確定的特點(diǎn)，如果企業(yè)處理不當(dāng)會(huì)使得企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于不利的狀態(tài)。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)現(xiàn)金流的影響很大。都說(shuō)財(cái)務(wù)是企業(yè)的命脈，決定著企業(yè)的采購(gòu)生產(chǎn)以及銷售等環(huán)節(jié)能否正常進(jìn)行。本論文以云天化集團(tuán)作為依據(jù)，對(duì)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與防范兩個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深層次的解析。找出財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)出的原因?qū)τ谄髽I(yè)的重要性對(duì)此分析，找出財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)帶來(lái)的危害和影響利用所學(xué)的知識(shí)進(jìn)一步的討論。財(cái)務(wù)分析是財(cái)務(wù)管理的核心財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及對(duì)策財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及對(duì)策，財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)是財(cái)務(wù)決策的關(guān)鍵，決策者制定公司年度計(jì)劃的同時(shí)離不開(kāi)對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和防范措施之間的預(yù)防。企業(yè)管理者通常的決策依據(jù)是財(cái)務(wù)，通過(guò)對(duì)本公司的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析，管理者能夠及時(shí)的做出更具科學(xué)性的決策。在論文的寫(xiě)作過(guò)程中通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)比對(duì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析，利用全面分析法對(duì)云天化及集團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和防范客觀的分析，這一過(guò)程警示企業(yè)資金要得到優(yōu)化，經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)要得到提升，就該重視財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
